The problem

Early-stage teams constantly accumulate “small” internal tasks — automation, tooling fixes, data cleanup, integrations — that everyone agrees should be done, but nobody prioritizes during the day. These tasks get postponed for weeks, creating inefficiency, context switching, and hidden tech debt.

The solution

NightShift is an async, overnight execution service. Teams describe one clearly scoped task in plain English, and it gets handled while they sleep. No meetings, no long-term contracts, no context switching during the workday.
